I've ordered from here before and am extremely satisfied with both the product and customer support from Petwale. My Dog also looks dashing in his collar and leash set.
The collar and leash are as expected. I've bought from this store before and am happy with the quality of the product. I've received compliments for the collar and leash as well. The martingale collar is really good to help train dogs as well. And doesn't choke the dog as it doesn't have a metal chain. This was one of the reasons I made the purchase.
Love the material and the fact that it doesn't hurt my dog. Good for training and the leash with the padded handle is also comfortable in use.
The day I started using this collar for my Indie dog, it has made my walk pleasant. Now no fear of his escaping out of the collar and he has started behaving as well. Since, I can never give him any pain even in my dreams, I have kept the collar very loose but tight enough so that he is unable to escape on pulling. I highly recommend this collar. The quality of also upto the mark, sturdy but comfortable. Price worth the quality and utility

I have never said this particular thing to anyone ever but I'd like to say this to team PetWale that your multi-functional leash is the best investment that I've ever made for Simbu, ever! It's so soft, sturdy and comfortable. Simba is a great puller and I've always been concerned about his safety. I am using one of its clip on his collar and the other on his harness for double safety and touchwood it feels much better and safer now. Thank you so much for this amazing invention and quick delivery too. Forever grateful! 🧿✨
